From preparations at the family lake house, to a ceremony in her childhood church, to a full blown reception party at George’s Majestic Lounge – the Ellis wedding was intentionally thought out and perfectly executed.
I am an Arkansas native and have lived near Fayetteville my whole life, so can you believe that the Ellis reception was the first time I ever stepped foot inside George’s Majestic Lounge? As far as reception venues go, it is by far one of the coolest. Add in that the bride and groom brought in a live band to play on stage and the atmosphere was PERFECT for a party. And what does a late night party need? Snacks. Duh. Sarah Kate and Andrew strolled through the crowd with plates of McDonalds cheeseburgers and fries to give their guests a pick-me-up and let me just say, those fries hit the spot.
I had the opportunity to second shoot for Danielle of LAYERS Photography for the first time on this one, and the planning and execution by Kate & Company was absolutely top notch. I highly recommend Elizabeth and her team to anyone and everyone getting married in NWA.
